Federal agents entered Uvalde faculty to kill gunman despite local police initially asking them to attend

Federal agents who went to Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday to confront a gunman who killed 19 youngsters had been told by native police to wait and never enter the school — and then decided after about half an hour to ignore that preliminary steerage and discover the shooter, say two senior federal legislation enforcement officers.
