Uvalde school police chief recognized as commander who determined to not breach classroom

12:16 p.m.: The same woman makes another 911 call, reporting there have been “eight to 9 students alive."

12:17 p.m.: Robb Elementary announces on Fb: "There is an energetic shooter at Robb Elementary. Regulation enforcement is on web site.
