Household of Kidnapped Girl Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now residence after being kidnapped by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks game at American Airways Center. However the family still seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough regarding the crime, which had the girl as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone missing a total of 11 days,” legal professional Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that way (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and different causes of motion.''

Fortenberry said the teenager’s father informed police on the sport when he realized she was lacking. However, in accordance with the lawyer, the daddy was told to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
