Spouse filled husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading hundreds of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any photos similar to those Moore became them. That’s after they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been friends and had discussed carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they have been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same expenses in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
