Spouse stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading tons of of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any photos just like the ones Moore was them. Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
