Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with little one porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole lot of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had hundreds of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any photographs similar to those Moore became them. That’s after they reportedly got a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been mates and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same prices as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
