A Florida judge on Wednesday struck down a portion of a redistricting map drawn by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his employees.
Driving the information: "I am discovering that the enacted map is unconstitutional underneath the Fair District amendment ... because it diminishes African Americans' capability to elect the representatives of their alternative," Leon County Circuit Decide Layne Smith stated.
