New York intercourse employee Angelina Barini sentenced to 30 years for fatally drugging 4 males

Between July and August 2019, sex worker Angelina Barini met with her purchasers at motels in New York City before giving them dangerous doses of drugs that incapacitated them. Then, she would rob the boys and depart with their personal belongings.

4 of them, including a prominent Italian chef, died of overdoses from the medicine, courtroom records state.

In August, Barini pleaded responsible to distributing drugs that killed her clients, together with fentanyl and gamma-butyrolactone, known for causing irrational behavior, extreme illness, coma and demise.

Last week, a decide sentenced the 43-year-old Barini to 30 years in prison.

The following month, on Aug. 5, Barini met her third victim in Faculty Point, Queens, and again gave him fentanyl-laced medicine that led to a fatal overdose, prosecutors said.

Later that month, on Aug. 18, Barini met her final known victim, Andrea Zamperoni — a chef for the high-end restaurant chain Cipriani — inside an Elmhurst, Queens, motel room, the place she drugged him with gamma-butyrolactone, generally often known as a “date rape” drug. The person died shortly afterward.

That day, court information state, Barini repeatedly tried to eliminate the victim’s physique. Barini wrapped Zamperoni’s physique in bleach-stained sheets and placed it inside a trash bin, according to prosecutors. Zamperoni was reported lacking on Aug. 21, prosecutors said. Fernando Dallorso, the overall supervisor of Cipriani in New York, told the New York Instances that Zamperoni was a “devoted onerous employee” who cooked six days every week and “by no means missed a day of work.”

The kitchen staff mourned the loss, Dallorso instructed the Instances.

“Everybody in the kitchen proper now's heartbroken, from the dishwasher to the chef,” Dallorso mentioned.
