Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of eating Huge Macs on daily basis

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Big Mac streak began on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve solely missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I rely every Massive Mac. I’ve counted each Huge Mac I’ve eaten my complete life,” Gorske stated.

Gorske eats two Large Macs a day.

“All by way of life here, a lot of people said, ‘You’ll be lifeless earlier than you reach 50 years of consuming Huge Macs.’ I suppose I proved them wrong,” he stated.

His son will not be surprised at his father’s persistence.

“We at all times went to McDonald’s with my dad and had pleased meals. I all the time loved my hen nuggets, and my brother all the time loved his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s just an on a regular basis life sort of factor for us,” he said.

Gorske’s son has extra of a various diet.

Gorske says he'll continue eating Large Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.
