Spouse stuffed husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading tons of of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn of their residence.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
