Wife crammed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole bunch of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated based on the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any photos similar to the ones Moore changed into them. Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical fees in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
