Uvalde school police chief identified as commander who determined to not breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary College on Might 24 that left 19 kids and two teachers lifeless.
