Uvalde police, faculty district no longer cooperating with Texas probe of capturing: Sources

The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Unbiased Faculty District police force are not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary College and the state's review of the law enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources tell ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Independent College District did not instantly reply to requests for remark from ABC Information.

Reached by ABC News, a spokesperson for the Texas Division of Public Security stated, "The Uvalde Police Division and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators.
