Online diary: Buffalo gunman plotted attack for months

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman accused of massacring 10 Black folks at a Buffalo supermarket wrote as far back as November about staging a livestreamed attack on African People, practiced capturing from his automotive and traveled hours from his dwelling in March to scout out the store, in line with detailed diary entries he seems to have posted on-line.
