BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after a number of signs saying "college shooter" have been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Department of Security announced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple expenses.

Hanson allegedly placed the indicators across the communities, the Division of Safety said, but they determined there is no such thing as a credible threat right now.

The security division released a photograph of the plate but blurred part of it "to guard the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of prison threatening and three misdemeanor expenses including false report to legislation enforcement, false public alarm and criminal threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged at the moment.
