Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Close to White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive into a concrete security barrier near the White House, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automobile slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front across the street from a Secret Service guard put up, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There have been two juveniles in the automotive. Both were taken to a hospital and at the moment are in secure condition, officers mentioned. We don't know their exact ages.

They’re expected to face fees.
