Investigators believe Mtula Payton was one of many alleged gang members who opened fireplace in downtown Sacramento on April 3. He was taken into custody at an apartment advanced, the Sacramento Police Department stated in a statement Saturday night time.

“Las Vegas Metro Police Division worked with our detectives for weeks in an effort to find Payton,” the assertion stated.
