Family of Kidnapped Lady Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now residence after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Center. But the household nonetheless seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly sufficient relating to the crime, which had the girl as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that means (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims in opposition to them for their negligence and other causes of motion.''

Fortenberry said the teenager’s father knowledgeable police on the sport when he realized she was lacking. But, according to the lawyer, the father was instructed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
